I have been getting physiotherapy done at
different centers for about 5 years, I understood this to mean that the treatment of the affected body part with different machines was done in just 20 minutes. But on 24 April 2025, when I went to zeal physiotherapy for the treatment of knee pain, Dr. When I met Rupa, I got to know
what is physiotherapy. Madam not only
understood my problem but also explained to
me how its treatment would be in a sequential
manner, in which first relief from pain, then relief
from swelling, stress, meditation on balance,
monitoring of gait and finally fitness class for weight control. Meaning, the whole program is their brainchild which was tried on me in
concrete form. All this work was done manually
in which sufficient time was given, machines
were used to remove pain and swelling. I got a
lot of relief in 20 days of visits, the pain and
swelling completely went away. I am working on my gait, she has also recovered a lot, I hope she would have also recovered but I have to go out. I would give Dr. Rupa Kumari 10 out of 10. I wish
